Ticket/Childcare Information
Tickets on sale NOW! Just $25/person!
You can pick up a reservations form in the Preschool’s front office. Once you fill out the form, you can drop the form (along with your payment) in the black Tuition Drop Box on the office door, or give it to Laura or Lesley.
Childcare will be available from 6:30 - 9:45pm. The cost is $15 for the first child in a family, and $5 for each additional child. Reservations can be made on the same form you fill out for your ticket to the event.
Raffle Information
Raffle tickets for a Pentax Digital Camera & 5 1/2” Black Digital Picture Frame are available for $2/ticket. Anyone can purchase a raffle ticket, including persons not attending the event. More details to follow on where you can purchase raffle tickets…

Hollywood Nights “101”
What is “Hollywood Nights”? A fundraiser to benefit First Presbyterian Preschool organized by parents. The first-ever event was in April 2009. It was such a success that we are doing it again! The Saturday-evening event will include Live Entertainment with Emcee Persis Ann of Miss Persis Studio, a catered dinner by Joyous Foods Creations, and an incredible Silent Auction.
Why is the Preschool hosting a fundraiser? To benefit our children! The inaugural event in 2009 raised over $10,000 and all the proceeds are benefiting FPPS! Items purchased with the funds included CD players, manipulatives for play in “the big room”, a puppet theater, a changing table with stairs and more! Scholarships have also been provided.
When and Where? The event will be held on the evening of April 17, 2010 from 6:30 - 9:30pm in the Church’s Fellowship Hall.
Who is invited? ANYONE interested in supporting FPPS (parents, teachers, church members, alumni, extended family of the preschoolers, etc.!). Tickets will go on sale SOON, so stay tuned. On-site childcare will be available at the event.

• Donate Auction Item(s) * All contributions are fully tax-deductible Donor recognition includes listing in Event Program and full-page color signage with your company logo displayed with your contribution.
* Host a GREAT GATHERING to be auctioned off. This is an incredible way to get to know other FPPS parents (beyond kid’s birthday parties!). You plan a dinner, event, or outing for a number of people that you determine. That event will be offered as an item in the Silent Auction. As an example, you chose to host 4 couples for a game night at your home with a minimum bid of $50 per couple. Then, up to 4 winners will pay $50 to attend your event with the proceeds going to FPPS! Event ideas include: Bunko Night, Game-Watching Party, Dad’s Poker Night, Breakfast after Drop-Off, Trivia Game Night, Cooking Lesson, etc. Be specific as you plan your event. Include how many people are invited (adults only, or bring the kids?), coordinate a location, and determine what you will provide the attendees.
